Last updated 25 September 2026

By using Dilectus (dilectus.app) you agree to these terms.

The service

Dilectus is a free, unofficial, fan-made army list builder. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Games Workshop. Warhammer 40,000 and related names are trademarks of Games Workshop Ltd. Game data comes from BSData and Wahapedia.

Your account

You can sign in with email or a third-party account such as Google or Discord. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no attacking, overloading or scraping it, no accessing other people's accounts, and nothing illegal.

Your content

Army lists you create are yours. You let us store and display them so the service works.

No warranty

Dilectus is provided “as is”. Points, rules and validation may be wrong or out of date — check official sources before relying on them. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using the service.

Changes and termination

We may change these terms, or change, suspend or end the service or any account that breaks these terms. Continuing to use Dilectus after a change means you accept it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
